Nick started his career as a sheet-metal apprentice many years ago, and throughout his early career, he continued his education within the trade to become a red seal, sheet-metal worker. Working for other local HVAC companies, he gained much knowledge and experience through their guidance and practices, however, there was a desire to create a business that he could call his own. In 2013 Nick had a vision of the company that he wanted to build and create, he took the leap to go out on his own. 12 years later, that vision has exceeded itself beyond his expectations. While facing challenges such as lack of labour resources, a pandemic, changes within the industry, his main focus and constant attention has been on how he can best serve his customers and the community. He takes pride in providing a service that can be trusted and relied upon. Nick continues to explore new industry advances, update his skills and training, support and guide his team to maximize their learning and training to better provide for customers and stand above the competition. Nick, an expert with extensive knowledge and experience, he's a leader and problem solver, who works very hard and with integrity and provides extensive communication with clients and customers to ensure that he provides the best service that he can.

Aja started out as a silent partner in the creation and growth of Farley Heating Inc., joined the team part-time in the office back in 2017. During the pandemic, Aja joined the team full-time and is currently the operations manager for the company. Aja is a very detail oriented and organized, which is vital for the operations of the business. She is personable, welcoming, and a great communicator, whether it is communicating with our team, clients, co-op students, community partnerships; she enjoys connecting with everyone within our community. Her willingness to learn and take on newer challenges shows her commitment to our clients, community, team and company.

Brodie joined our team in 2022 and has been a pleasure to work with. In 2022, Brody decided to further his education by enrolling and attending the heating and refrigeration course at Fleming College in Peterborough Ontario. Following his studies, Brody graduated and returned to work with us as a full-time HVAC technician. Brody is reliable, honest and an extremely hard-working team player. He has a very strong and dedicated work ethic and we have complete trust in his independent work. We are very happy to have Brody work alongside us and represent our company and we look forward to seeing what the future holds for him.

Aydan is one of our junior helpers who has worked with our team for the last few years. Aydan was a student at Holy Cross Catholic Secondary School here in Kingston and completed two co-op opportunities with us. Following his co-op experience, Aydan decided he wanted to get further education within the HVAC industry, so he is currently attending Fleming College in Peterborough Ontario. Aydan has a real interest in the trade, quick to learn and has a fun, fresh and positive attitude. We wish him all the best in his studies over the next couple of semesters and look forward to Aydan completing his studies and joining our team full-time in the fall.
