We hired Farley Heating Inc. to service our furnace and we were so impressed with how quickly they responded to our call and fit us in their schedule. They were able to diagnose our problem quickly and upon discovering that the furnace needed replacing, they had a new one installed as quickly as possible. They did a great job explaining the process and taking the time to help set up the thermostat on the Resideo app, their staff are so friendly and accommodating and they took great care to respect our home. They cleaned up thoroughly and were very careful not to scratch any walls or floors while removing the old furnace and installing the new one. Nick went above and beyond to help me. My propane had run out and I was not able to fire up the furnace. I called Nick for help and he arranged for the propane truck. When the truck was unable to get up the driveway due to snow, he helped me find a snowplow operator to clear it out. He stayed in touch with me all day, even while at his daughter’s hockey game, to ensure my furnace fired up and got the house heated up again. Thank you, Nick, you’re always a big help when I need it.

Nick and Brodie went above and beyond to make certain that everything was repaired and running efficiently.
They were both friendly and informative. They even corrected some of my DIY wiring that was not up to snuff and removed something in the duct that was making noise. Aja in the office was friendly and helpful.
